How does buyer protection work?+
Every order is covered by TradeGuard. Your payment is held securely by the marketplace and only released to the seller after you confirm you've received exactly what you ordered. If something goes wrong, open a dispute and our team steps in.
How fast will I get my order?+
Most digital goods are delivered in minutes — many listings offer instant or auto-delivery. Each listing shows an estimated delivery time, and you can message the seller before buying to confirm.
What if my order isn't delivered?+
If a seller doesn't deliver, you're fully protected. Open a dispute from your order page and we'll refund you. Funds stay frozen until the case is resolved.
How do I become a seller?+
Create an account, complete the verification checklist (email, phone, 2FA, profile, KYC and payout method), accept the seller rules, and submit for approval. Once approved you can start creating listings.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We support cards, PayPal, crypto and manual bank transfer. Available methods may vary by region and are shown at checkout.
How are sellers verified?+
Sellers pass identity (KYC) checks and earn trust badges over time based on completed orders, ratings, delivery speed and dispute rate. Look for the Verified and ID Verified badges.
