Terms of Service

Welcome to AYO MARKET. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AYO MARKETmarketplace, including buying, selling, messaging, and payment features. By creating an account or using AYO MARKET, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Who can use the platform
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. The marketplace & our role
AYO MARKET is a venue that connects buyers and sellers of digital gaming goods and services. AYO MARKET is not the seller of items listed by users. We provide escrow-style protected payments (TradeGuard), dispute mediation, and verification tools, but the contract for each order is between the buyer and the seller.
3. Orders & protected payments
Buyer payments are held by TradeGuard and released to the seller only after the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically after the protection window if no dispute is opened. Orders left unpaid may expire. Prices, stock, and availability can change at any time before an order is paid.
4. Seller obligations
Sellers must accurately describe their listings, hold the right to sell what they list, deliver promptly, and complete identity verification (KYC) when required. Sellers may not list stolen, fraudulent, or prohibited items, or items that violate a game publisher's terms where doing so is unlawful.
5. Fees
AYO MARKET charges a commission on completed sales and may offer optional paid features (e.g. featured listings, seller plans). Applicable fees are shown before you confirm an action and may be updated with notice.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: commit fraud or chargeback abuse, create multiple accounts to evade limits or bans, circumvent TradeGuard by transacting off-platform, harass other users, scrape or attack the service, or upload malware. Violations may result in suspension and forfeiture of pending balances tied to the violation.
7. Disputes
If an order goes wrong, open a dispute before the protection window ends. Our team reviews evidence from both sides and decides fairly. Decisions may include release to the seller, partial or full refund to the buyer, or other remedies. See our Refund Policy for details.
8. Payouts
Sellers may withdraw available balance subject to a minimum payout and review. We may delay or withhold payouts where fraud, disputes, or policy violations are suspected.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AYO MARKET is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees we earned on the related transaction. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
