To operate the marketplace, process orders and protected payments, verify sellers, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, send transactional notifications, and comply with legal obligations.

Seller KYC documents and the verification selfie may be analyzed by an automated AI system to check that documents appear genuine and that the selfie matches the ID, before a human reviews the application. This is used solely for verification and is not shared for advertising.

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with: service providers that run our infrastructure (hosting, database, email, payment/verification tooling) under confidentiality; the other party to a transaction (e.g. a buyer sees a seller's public store name); and authorities where required by law.

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers using access controls and encryption in transit. KYC documents are kept in private storage accessible only to authorized review. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. You may request deletion (subject to records we must retain by law).

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these, contact us.
